Are you registered in the Netherlands? It will be much easier to apply for, receive and maintain your benefit than if would not be registered.
You must register at WERKbedrijf and fill your application for unemployment benefit online. The application is done by means of DigiD electronic signature with SMS or APP verification. Therefore, you must first make sure that you have DigiD together with additional verification. If you do not have the DigiD signature – contact me – I will help you to set it up.
You submit job searches via the Internet using your own private account on the www.werk.nl website.
Any changes such as finding a job, going on vacation, changing address, etc. must be also reported online.
At the end of each month we have to fill out a form with the income earned in that month. The form should also be filled if you did not have any income. This form is also filled via the Internet.
All documents such as pay slips, jaaropgaaf etc. can also be found after logging into your personal account.

IF YOU ARE RECEIVING A BENEFIT AND YOUR SITUATION HAS CHANGED (E.G. YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR ADDRESS, GO ON VACATION, START A NEW JOB, ETC.) BE SURE TO CONTACT ME AND I WILL SUBMIT THESE CHANGES TO UWV. YOU WILL PREVENT THE FINE.
